This program aims to introduce you to the sports part of Surfski and team training, which in this case helps the most to all participants. The training is accompanied by a boat.
- Equipment analysis. boats and paddles options.
- Theory – Position on board, Rowing Technique and proper use of the paddle.
- Preparation – Warm up with a suitable exercise program on the beach – entrance to the sea.
- Body posture, movements, rhythm, strength and balance.
- All directiona rides, Upwinds, Donwinds, Sidewinds.
- Racing technique and tactics.
- Video recordings.
- Analysis of observations, corrections of mistakes.
Prerequisite: Knowledge of swimming, preferably even a little experience in the sport.
